Session Booking: A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your session booking. The remainder of the session fee is due on the day of the session. If you need to reschedule your session, please give at least 48 hours' notice.
Session Duration: The duration of the session is as stated in your booking. The session may be extended at an additional cost if time permits.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age for a child's photography session is 6 months. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Session Location: The session will take place at an agreed-upon location. Any additional fees associated with the location will be the responsibility of the client.
Image Selection: Within 10-14 days of the session, the client will be presented with a gallery of images to choose from. The client will have 7 days to make their image selections.
Image Delivery: Final edited images will be delivered to the client via a digital download link within 21 days of image selection.
Image Usage: The client agrees to only use the images for personal use, and not for commercial purposes. The client also agrees to not edit or alter the images in any way.
Model Release: The client gives the photographer permission to use the images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes. If the client does not wish for their child's image to be used for these purposes, they must inform the photographer in writing before the session.
Refunds: Due to the custom nature of photography, no refunds will be given once the session has taken place.
Liability: The client agrees to release the photographer from any liability in the event of any injury, damage, or loss of property during the session.
By booking a session with the photographer, the client agrees to all of the above terms and conditions.
