  1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to anyone who is 18 years old or over and is a resident of Australia. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, grandparents, siblings, children and partner) of the promoter or its affiliates are not eligible to enter this competition. One entry per person.

  2. How to enter: Please follow instructions found on the competitions website. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.

  3. The Prize: A Family Portrait Experience with L.M.Broderick Photography valued at $2040 PLUS a $100 Gift Voucher to spend with Love Abby. The prize is not transferrable and not redeemable for cash. You must have your portrait session before July 31st 2024.

  4. Use of data: All details provided by you will be held by the promoter and used in accordance with these T&Cs. By entering, you consent to the promoter contacting you for advertising and marketing purposes. Your information will not be shared with any other persons.

  5. Dates: This giveaway begins on Tuesday the 16th of July 2024 at 6pm and ends at 11:59pm Monday on the 22nd of July 2024. Winner will be announced on Tuesday the 23rd of July 2024 at 6pm on the L.M.Broderick Photography Facebook page and the winner will be contacted by email and phone.

  6. The winner: The winner will be chosen by random generator. L.M.Broderick Photography shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

  7. If you don’t win: Ten families will have the opportunity to receive a Gift Voucher valued at $560 - $180 session fee, an 8x12 inch Art mount Print (valued at $280) plus $100 Wall Art Credit to put toward your own Family Portrait Experience. If you qualify, you will receive a phone call to book in your session. A $100 retainer will be required over the phone to lock in your date. This will be added to your print credit. Families spend on average $1250. Payment plans are available.
